This Privacy Policy explains how DayTradingNews collects, uses, discloses and safeguards personal information when you visit our website, create an account, or subscribe to a paid plan.

It applies to the Service only and not to third-party websites, brokers or data providers that you may reach from our pages.

• Account information: your email address, display name and hashed password credentials created at sign-up.
• Subscription information: your plan tier, billing interval, subscription status, renewal dates and a payment-processor customer identifier. We never receive or store your full card number.
• Usage information: pages viewed, filters and screens you run, symbols you look up, and feature interactions, used to operate and improve the product.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, timestamps and error diagnostics.
• Communications: messages you send us through support or contact forms.

We use personal information to:

• authenticate you and keep your account secure;
• deliver the scanner, fundamentals and export features included in your plan;
• process subscription payments, renewals, refunds and plan changes;
• provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• monitor performance, debug faults, prevent abuse and enforce our terms;

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you (providing the Service), our legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention), your consent (optional marketing communications), and compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting records).

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, including our cloud hosting and database provider, our authentication provider, our payment processor, our market-data providers and our email delivery provider.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences such as your filter and chart settings. We may use limited, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate feature usage.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but the Service will not function correctly without those required for authentication.

We keep account and subscription records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period needed to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations. Technical logs are retained for a shorter period. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use encryption in transit, database-level access controls, row-level security on user data, and least-privilege access for staff and systems. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password and notify us immediately of suspicious activity on your account.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent for marketing messages. You can update your profile and cancel your subscription from your account page, or contact us to exercise any of these rights.

California residents may request details of the categories of personal information collected and disclosed, and may request deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Our infrastructure and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where transfers occur from a jurisdiction requiring safeguards, we rely on appropriate mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.

The Service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced within the Service or by email, and the "last updated" date above will change.
